Submit Order

  1. Enter the source (URL) which you want to get user data from (email, username, etc...), how many rows would you like to get and the email you want us to send the data to.
  2. After you submit your order, you will be redirected to Stripe to complete the payment.
  3. After the payment, we get the data for you and send it as a CSV file to the given email address within 24 hours.

The price is $1/100 rows, with the payment being in two stages:

  1. We will reserve the requested number of rows (or the maximum available rows if that is lower) on your card.
  2. We capture only the actually available number of rows (not every user has useful data available) at a minimum of 100 rows.

How will I get the data?




We will send you a CSV file via email when we finished gathering the data.




Can I get only partial data (few hundred out of thousands) ?




Yes, you can get as many number of rows as you would like.




What if I want to get the data in multiple orders.




We will not send you the same row twice, so if you put in two orders, then the second one will only contain new rows (if available).




What if there are no rows available after payment?




We will fully refund your payment, and we will notify you via email.




I lost the previous CSV you sent me, can you send it again?

Will I get all the emails of the users who starred a GitHub repository?




We can give you only a percentage of emails because users might not have a public email on their GitHub profile (usually around 50%).
